What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Credit card

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Orders paid by credit card will not be charged any additional fees. By saving your credit card details in your ‘My Account’ section a checkout process will be faster next time.

Cash on delivery (COD)

Cash on delivery is free of charge, you only pay the standard delivery charge if applicable. If you wish to pay by Credit card on delivery there will be an extra charge of 3% upon the total delivery charges and you have to inform us by leaving a message on the checkout or sending an email to info@gulfissimo.com.

*Please note that additional 3% credit card charge for payment option on delivery is charged by the shipping company.

How long will delivery take?

Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days within UAE. The delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Your order can’t be delivered to the P.O. Boxes and out of service areas.

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

We use return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive our newsletter as well as updates on our new products and services. The information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email notification with your invoice. You will also receive the invoice along with the delivery.

Make sure to keep your invoice as you may need it in case of return. To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.
