If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
Domestic (UAE) Orders
We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, or a different product. The item must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Please be noted that there’s only one free exchange on each order. A courier charge of AED30 will be added on every additional exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

International orders cannot be exchanged and will be refunded to store credit upon return via courier.
Shipping charges aren’t refundable unless you received the wrong order or products were received damaged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If an item was purchased with free shipping, a shipping charge will be added to the order and a partial refund would be made.
If you are shipping an item over 100USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please email email@example.com. We will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 3 days of approval. Please be noted that all refunds will be made by a store credit only, that can be used within next 12 months from the date of the purchase.
